As an escrow agent, we hold funds in an escrow account at a bank in Hong Kong on behalf of clients in accordance with the terms and conditions of an escrow agreement, until we have identified that the contractual conditions have been met. We also act as paymaster to any intermediaries under the contract.
Our escrow services can be applied to straightforward or complicated agreements involving multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional transactions such as M&A or commodities deals.
Our escrow service also includes holding IP, software and other non-bankable assets.
