Our private fund establishment services include domiciling and establishing the fund entity, provision of all regulatory and subscriber documents for fund licensing and filing and assistance in opening custodial and bank accounts.

Our ongoing services include investor due diligence and onboarding, NAV calculations, accounting services, cash management, invoice payments, investor statement preparation and distribution, preparation of annual financial statements and regulatory compliance and filing.

We provide experienced directors who can also act as AML reporting officer, money laundering reporting officer, and compliance officers.  We are also able to assist in the preparation of fund compliance manuals.
